1.5 hour session - 3 stations (30 minutes per station) - 18
athletes maximum. Two Acceleration trainers will be assigned
to the group (one for the treadmill and one for plyometric
training or weights). The skill station will be monitored
by the team's coach or assistant. Discounts and incentives
are available. Contact your site for details and pricing.
To receive incentives or discounts, all sessions
must be paid for in advance. Weekday hours are from 2pm to
10pm. Weekend hours will be based on demand.
1 hour session - 2 stations (30 minutes per station) - 12
athletes maximum. One Acceleration trainer will be provided
to administer the treadmill training. Team will provide coach/assistant
to monitor skills station. Discounts and incentives are available.

Up to 6 athletes will spend 30
minutes with an Acceleration trainer to develop ideal skating
mechanics that emphasize power, efficiency and speed. Skating
bouts will replicate the intensity and fatigue levels achieved
in game situations in order to develop the skater's aerobic
and anaerobic thresholds.
Up to 6 athletes will spend 30 minutes with an Acceleration
trainer performing multi-directional floor drills to increase
their boundaries of movement, body control and foot speed.
Or athletes will spend 30 minutes developing upper body strength,
lower body explosiveness and core stability to ensure maximum
power and control on the ice.
Teams can design their own program for puckhandling and shooting.
Take advantage of our synthetic ice to fine tune your players'
puckhandling and/or shooting skills.
