Our patented running treadmill was designed to target the
two components of speed, stride length and stride frequency.
Increased elevations allow runner's muscles to naturally adapt
to greater loads resulting in increased leg power and more
forceful knee drive. In addition, the higher grade allows
gravity to help you develop full extension with every stride.
Because the training environment is controlled we are able
to assist the athletes at speed beyond their capacity. These
"overspeeds" promote quicker muscle response and
greater stride frequency.
Form equals function. If a runner's form is faulty, energy
is misdirected and as a result, speed is lost. Combining continuous
feedback from the trainers with visual feedback from the mirrors
allows you to develop proper running mechanics sooner and
more permanently.
Because of the explosive nature of the treadmill workouts
even non-running sports will benefit from the gains in leg
power and endurance.
It all starts with balance. Our agility drills were created
to develop keen body awareness and control allowing you to
extend your boundaries of movement, increase foot speed and
generate faster response. You'll perform increasingly difficult
foot drills on a variety of floor patterns that challenge
your balance and allow to develop the functional foot speed
that your sport requires.
Upper body control is a crucial factor in your ability to
act and react. During your plyometric training you will also
take part in specific midsection, chest, back and shoulder
exercises that will give you the strength and control you
need to keep your speed. Some athletes will also utilize box
jumps and the patented plyopress to increase muscle load and
generate outstanding lateral and vertical power. Now you'll
not only be able to outrun your competition but outmaneuver
them as well.
With our patented cord technology we can replicate the exact
movement patterns that you encounter during your game. Because
the cords recruit the correct muscles through the correct
range of motion without inhibiting velocity you'll develop
a precise and powerful hit, block, start, catch, kick or throw.
Cord use will be limited to advanced or returning athletes.
