Standing about 7 meters from a regulation-sized hockey net,
you receive passes from the RapidShot passing machine. Just
before you receive the puck on your stick, one of the four
corners of the net lights up as your target. As soon as the
puck hits the target, your reaction time, puck speed and accuracy
are measured and immediately displayed on the monitor.
The pucks are automatically collected by the machine, allowing
you to fire one puck after another as long as your strength
permits. Numerous statistical values are analyzed by the RapidShot
program to produce rankings for all participants, which are
uploaded to the Internet daily to form the first open World
Rankings in sport.
