Components
Treadmill
workouts focusing on sprint mechanics, back pedaling, shuffling, and speed development. Reinforcing mechanics and over speed training will give players the conditioning and speed needed to compete
at a higher level.
Plyometrics/agility/core
strength compliment the treadmill speed training. Chelsea
foot skill plyometrics will be administered for soccer teams. Upper body and
core workouts will also be implemented into the workouts.
Scheduling Times
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings
at 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10pm. You will schedule sessions on the hour, one hour at a time. Please arrive 15 minutes
early for proper warm-up. Schedule 1 to 3 sessions per week.
Team Training
* 30 minutes - speed and agility training
with an Acceleration trainer
* 30 minutes - treadmill mechanics and
conditioning with an Acceleration trainer

10 Team Sessions with
up to 14 athletes = $135 per athlete ($1,890 per team)

15 Team Sessions with
up to 14 athletes = $185 per athlete ($2,590 per team)
