The Acceleration Minnesota football training protocols represent the most advanced athletic training technologies available in the world today and include the use of interval treadmill training, ground based training, plyometrics, strength training and resistance cord training all designed to improve:

PROGRAM COMPONENTS:

Generation II Super Treadmill - Research has shown that incline training on our unique, hydraulically controlled Super Treadmill provides 200-300% more recruitment of the muscles responsible for increasing and maintaining speed, than running on the level at the same stride frequency.

 

Plyometrics - Plyometrics include a variety of footwork drills and special exercises that enhance an athlete's ability to stay balanced and change directions quickly and explosively for running, blocking and tackling.

 

Individual Strength Training - Through the use of specially designed weight equipment and an individualized program, football athletes can develop an increased strength base.

 

Patented SprintCord and PowerCord Resistance Training - These patented training aids are used to isolate specific muscles for explosive sport specific movements like running, blocking, tackling and passing. This allows you to train at velocities used in actual game conditions.
