Acceleration West Trainers:

Education: Gustavus Adolphus College Degree: Health Fitness Sports Played: Hockey, Baseball, and Golf Training Experience: Justyn has been a trainer at Acceleration West since June of 2008. He specializes in hockey training and strength and conditioning, and also has experience in personal training.

Education: Minnesota School of Health Science Degree: Health and Exercise Science Sports Played: Football, Lacrosse Training Experience: Jesse has been with Acceleration Minnesota since 2003. He specializes in Speed and Power Development. Jesse has trained and is currently training numerous professional and D1 athletes in the NHL, AHL, ECHL, AFL, WCHA and Big Ten.

Hwy 494 and 169.
