Acceleration South will open it's very own full weightroom whis spring. The addition of this weightroom will allow Acceleration to bring the all around strength to all it's speed programs. Photos to come!
Acceleration will have 3 new on-ice programs - Brochure's to come by 4/1/2010.
Limit 20 per age group SQ, PW and BAT. 2 skating treadmills, 2 strength/dryland days & 1 90min on-ice session per week.

Our facility has been in operation since 2004 and servicing the South Metro area in all sports. We have a 12,000 square foot facility fully equipped with 2 skating treadmills, 2 running treadmills, full weight room, a stick handling and shooting area, turf and agility area.

About: Jeff comes to Acceleration MN - Apple Valley with a vast backround in Sports Training that includes being the Head Strength Coach this past season for the MN Wild affiliate Houston Aeros of the AHL. Prior to Houston Jeff was the Strength Coach for the St. Cloud State Men's Hockey Team.

About: Luther has been a trainer a Acceleration MN-South since
the Spring of 2007 with his focus on baseball and hockey
training. Luther also has coached both the Perham('07)
and Lakeville North('08) legion baseball teams the last
2 seasons. Along with coaching Luther also plays amateur
baseball for the Wolf Lake Wolfpack and still stays in
good hockey shape while playing hockey.

About: Tim has been Facility Director at Acceleration MN-South
since the spring of 2008 with his focus on making the
facility the best in the south metro. Tim has been coaching hockey for the past 9 yrs. and will be starting his 10th year as Head Coach of the Woodbury Peewee A Team in 2009-2010 season.
