for ACL patients transitioning from physical therapy from
around 12-16 weeks post operative. Upon completion of the
ACL Bridge program, with written verification from a referred
physician, the goal is to transition the patient to full recreational
and functional activity with out any limitations.

After you are done with physical therapy and feel you are
still not ready to return to your sport, this Program will
get you there! It bridges the gap between being functional
and being ready to play a sport. This program evolved by combining
the latest in ACL rehabilitation with Frappier Acceleration's
25 years of research and state of-the-art technology. With
safety beingsour number one priority, each session is personalized
to the client's abilities providing a step-by-step progression
with each stage becoming more challenging.

body conditioning, strength, stability and flexibility, and
aid the client in relearning proper walking and running biomechanics
without the "pounding" of overground running. The
motor control and stength improvements backward incline running
will functionally train a muscle at sport-specific velocities.
Challenges the body to improve its neuromuscular
efficientcy and body or spatial awareness needed for sport
or recreational activities.
Designed to improve body awareness, reinforces
proper mechanics, and enhance the neuromuscular pathways for
improving sports or work-specific performance.
This personalized strength program will target the hip girdle,
hamstrings, and abdominals while incorporating our Multi Hip
and Plyo Press.
