Learning to build a good swing with proper technique by breaking down the swing, using tee drills, soft toss drills, and a live arm. Will also address bunting form, the quick bunt, slash hitting, and being a smart hitter.
Emphasis will be on learning the proper fundamentals and proper techniques of throwing. Addressing the difference between infield and outfield throws, and working on hitting targets and good fielding techniques. Each lesson can be catered to the individual needs of the athlete and what they would like to emphasize.
Research has shown that incline running on our unique, hydraulically controlled Super Treadmill provides 200-300% more recruitment of the muscles responsible for increasing and maintaining speed, than running on level ground at the same stride frequency. This type of speed training increases the chance for baseball athletes to beat out the infield hit, run bases faster or get to the ball quicker.
Through the use of specially designed weight equipment and an individualized program, baseball athletes can develop and increase their strength base. (only available when signed up separately or with groups of 4, 5 or 6.)
Our patented PowerCord®, Hitting-Cord®/Harness and ThrowingCord® isolate specific muscles for explosive sport-specific movements like fielding, hitting and throwing. This type of training allows you to train at velocities used in actual game conditions (only available with baseball specific trainer).
Plyometric training includes a variety of footwork drills and special exercises that enhance an athlete‘s performance and ability to stay balanced while pitching, and for changing directions quickly and explosively for running, fielding and stealing bases.

This program should be completed in 5 to 10 weeks.This program includes only hitting & throwing training. Drills emphasize proper mechanics and fundamentals, increasing bat speed, hand-eye coordination, improve reaction time and great muscle memory via repetition. This is an intense off-season training program for dedicated baseball players. This program consists of 10 weeks of overall body conditioning 3 times a week for 1 1/2 house per training period. Along with the overall body conditioning, a one hour baseball specific mechanical training sessions for pitching and/or hitting is included. There is also an option of 2 times per week for overall body conditioning with 1 baseball specific mechanical training session.

Minnesota State High School Two time All-State First Team in Softball. Member of Jackson County Central’s Back-to-Back State Championship- Teams (2004 – 2005).
