Players wanting to increase vertical jump, speed, quickness,
and strength should look into completing the Acceleration
North Volleyball Program. Our nationwide program will guarantee
performance improvements and allow athletes to compete at
a higher level.
October – December (you make your own
schedule)
• 9 treadmill and plyo press jumping workouts
• 9 plyometric, agility, and strength workouts
The
Plyo-Press allows athletes to perform explosive jumping exercises
based on individual body weight. 2 to 4 inches increase in
vertical jump can be expected from the Ply-Press Program.
Schedule 2
to 3 workouts per week on the hour.
Monday through Friday
8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm
$295 for
18 training sessions ($425 value)
